From here—since I have outlined what the scenario is, who is involved, and what everyone wants—there is not much left to do but to put the scenario down in the form of a manual.
This post is to inform you that work is, despite delays, now underway. With some aid, I took the draft outline I previously published and refined it into something I can work with. I also put a workflow in place, a workflow that I am now executing. I have all the tools I need to write, layout, and format the work; despite unexpected delays due to government bothering, I have now pivoted to putting time in on this at last.
